Vet chroma™ Tn-I (Troponin-I) is a Fluorescence Immunoassay (FIA) for the quantitative determination of Tn-I in canine serum / plasma (Heparin).

There are three different Troponin proteins (Tn-C, Tn-T, Tn-I) are present in muscle of the heart. It is known main ragulator of the muscle contraction.
TnT and TnI are specifically expressed in heart, and It can be a useful marker for abnormal status of the heart by detecting blood level of the TnI released from heart muscle cells.
