Vet chroma™ canine Pancreatic Lipase(cPL) is a Fluorescence
Immunoassay(FIA) for the quantitative determination of canine Pancreatic Lipase
in canine serum/plasm(Heparin treated only).
cPL is a lipase that is specifically
secreated by pancreas of dog. Test of cPL level in blood is useful for diagnosis
of disease related to dog’s panceas. It is known that the concentration of PL in
peripheral blood increase when pancreatic develops.
